Dujour Products Inc., Spokane, Wash., (OTCBB: DJRP) plans to acquire a 62.5% working interest in the Victoria Permit 60 exploration area in Australia from Australia-Canadian Oil Royalties Ltd., Kamon Group et al. and Bass Strait Partners LLC for an undisclosed price. The assets cover approximately 339,769 acres in the Gippsland Basin. In exchange for the interest, Dujour must perform a minimum of 120 square kilometers of 3-D seismic, continue geological and geophysical studies and drill one well by October 2009.
