Royalty interests

Australian-Canadian Oil Royalties Ltd., Cisco, Texas, (OTCBB: AUCAF) has acquired two royalty interests on offshore exploration permits WA 372 and 373 in Australia from an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed price. The permits are in the Northwest Shelf in the Carnarvon Basin. The operator of WA 372 has an A$41 million exploration program that includes drilling two wells within the first three years with an option to drill an additional two wells between the fourth and sixth years. The operator of WA 373 has an A$20 million exploration program that includes drilling two wells within the first three years.
