Vermilion Rep SAS, a subsidiary of Vermilion Energy Trust, Calgary, (Toronto: VET-UN) has acquired a 95% participating interest in the Marvilliers Permit in France from Verenex Energy Inc., Calgary, (Toronto: VNX) for C$3.5 million. The assets include the St. Lazare 2H well, and two drilling spacing units in the Parentis concession, including the Parentis 222H well, which are held by Venerex's French subsidiary Vermilion Exploration SAS.
