Farm-out of exploration license in Block 4175, including option to acquire 75% WI by drilling well.

TransAtlantic Petroleum Corp., Calgary, (Toronto: TNP) has farmed out Block 4175, one of its exploration licenses in southeastern Turkey. The undisclosed farmee will fund the next portion of the work-program obligation, including reprocessing 2-D seismic and conducting geochemical studies. The farmee has the option to acquire a 75% interest in the license by drilling an exploration well. TransAtlantic will continue as operator until exercising the drilling option.
