Precision Petroleum Corp., Oklahoma City, (OTCBB: PPTO) has acquired overriding royalty interests in two adjacent leases, East and West Moreland, in Nowata County, Oklahoma from an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed price. The Moreland leases consist of 14 producing wells from the Bartlesville sand including a salt-water disposal wastewater injection facility.
