Acquired 50% WI in 10 wells in Boxberger Field, Russell Co., KS.

London-based Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Co. Plc (London AIM: NTOG) has closed its acquisition of a 50% working interest in 10 production wells and one salt water disposal well in Boxberger Field Russell County, Kansas, from Hewitt Petroleum Inc. for US$230,000. Nostra Terra paid US$50,000 in cash and will pay the remaining US$180,000 after the initial development costs have been completed or within 12 months of the agreement. Nostra Terra is committed to paying US$350,000 toward development costs.
