An undisclosed buyer plans to acquire 3,734 net acres in Lycoming, Sullivan and Columbia counties in eastern Pennsylvania from Epsilon Energy Ltd., Concord, Ontario, (Toronto: EPS) for $12.7 million. Closing is expected by Oct. 16.
