Acquired addtl. 10% WI in Nyuni PSA in Tanzania.

Ireland-based Aminex Plc (London: AEX) has increased its interest in the Nyuni production sharing agreement in Tanzania by 10%, bringing its interest to 50%, from East African Exploration Ltd. for US$1 million plus an asset swap valued at US$700,000 for a total deal value of US$1.7 million. East African Exploration is a joint-venture participant in the Nyuni PSA and also in the License 17 & 18 in Kenya. Aminex holds 25% in L17 & 18 which it will exchange with East Africa Exploration as part of the consideration. Nyuni includes the 40 million cubic feet per day gas discovery at Kiliwani North.
