To buy remaining 29% in company with holdings in Alberta Montney shale.

Cequence Energy Ltd., Calgary, (Toronto: CQE) fka Sabretooth Energy Ltd., plans to acquire the remaining interest in HFG Holdings Inc., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: HFG) that it does not already own for approximately C$10.6 million. Cequence currently owns approximately 71% of HFG. The company will pay 0.04 share per HFG share, resulting in the issuance of approximately 2.645 million Cequence shares. HFG holds approximately 44,000 net undeveloped acres in the Sinclair area of Alberta of which approximately 80% is prospective for Montney shale.
