Petrolia, Quebec City, Quebec, (Toronto Venture: PEA) plans to acquire 10% working interest in Quebec from Gastem Inc., Montreal (Toronto Venture: GMR) for an undisclosed price. The assets are in the Haldimand property near the town of Gaspe. Petrolia's working interest in the project will be around 65 %. Petrolia will continue as operator.
