Bought 4,800-acre Weber City prospect in Curry Co., NM.

Formcap Corp., Reno, Nev., (Pink Sheets: FRMC) has acquired 4,800 acres known as the Weber City prospect in New Mexico from Atlas Larunas LLC for $250,000. The assets include a 100% working interest (80% net revenue interest) in Curry County targeting the Cisco formation. The initial well will be drilled to a total depth of 6,500 feet to test the San Andres, Clearfork, Wolfcamp and Cisco.
