Precision Petroleum Corp., Oklahoma City, (OTCBB: PPTO) has closed its previously announced purchase of a 58.38% working interest in the Thompson No. 2 well in Garvin County, Oklahoma. Neither the seller nor financial terms of the acquisition were disclosed. The Thompson well produces from the Viola limestone at a depth of 5,000 feet. Precision will optimize the rework of this well for increased cash flow.
