Acquired 75%WI in Lozano lease in Frio County, TX.

Alamo Energy Corp., London, (OTCBB: ALME) has acquired a 75% working interest in a lease near the Bigfoot oilfield in Texas from an unnamed seller for an undisclosed price.

The Lozano lease contains three wells in Frio County's Kyote oilfield, about 3.7 miles from Bigfoot Field, which was discovered by Royal Dutch Shell in 1949 and has produced more than 29 million barrels of oil.

Alamo also received options to purchase additional working interests ranging from 30% to 70% in Texas leases for an aggregate price of $850,000.
