On Dec. 18, St. Mary Land & Exploration Co., Denver, (NYSE: SM) sold all operated and nonoperated properties in the Hanging Woman Basin coalbed-methane project in Wyoming and Montana to Edison, N.J.-based J.M. Huber Corp. Most of the assets are in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and involve production of approximately 10 million cubic feet of gas per day.
