Bought company with 20% WI in Buganviles Block, Colombia, increasing interest to 49.5%.

Petrodorado Ltd., a subsidiary of Cap-Link Ventures Ltd., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: CAV) has closed the acquisition of privately held Holywell Resources SA from an undisclosed seller for US$6.3 million in cash.

Holywell had a 20% working interest in the Buganviles Block in the upper Magdalena Valley in central Colombia; the acquisition increases Petrodorado's interest in the block to 49.5%.

Petrodorado acquired its initial 29.5% interest in the block from Pacific Rubiales Energy in November 2009 for approximately US $2.27 million.

Petrodorado will invest an estimated US $4.6 million to drill an exploration well on the block. Drilling is expected by the end of second-quarter 2010.
