Acquired 45% WI in 2 Peru blocks in Maranon, Ucayali basins.

Petrodorado Ltd., a subsidiary of Cap-Link Ventures Ltd., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: CAV) has acquired additional interests in Peru from Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp. in exchange for drilling commitments.

Petrodorado has acquired a 45% working interest in Block 135, which spans 2.5 million acres across the Maranon Basin, and a 45% working interest in Block 138, which covers approximately 1 million acres in the Ucayali Basin.

The assets are part of a five-block joint venture agreement in Colombia and Peru announced in November 2009 between Petrodorado and Pacific Rubiales.
