Bought company with 9.75 sections of land in west-central Saskatchewan.

Renegade Petroleum Ltd., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: RPL) and Petro Uno Resources Ltd., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: PUP) have closed their acquisition of a privately held Saskatchewan company for C$5.7 million. Renegade contributed C$4.5 million in cash for the company, which has approximately 9.75 sections of land in the Dodsland area of west-central Saskatchewan. Petro Uno contributed 2 million common shares, worth approximately C$1.2 million.
