Consolidation Services Inc., Henderson, Nev., (OTCBB: CNSV) has acquired assets in Kentucky and Tennessee in multiple transactions with unnamed sellers for $15.6 million in stock. Consolidation issued 23.2 million restricted shares at $0.67 each, a 29.5% decrease from its average share price during March. The assets, which were acquired in 12 transactions, include 39 oil wells, 19 shut-in gas wells and approximately 1,500 acres.
