To acquire 10% WI in 700 net acres in northern ND.

Rover Resources Inc., the U.S.-based subsidiary of Ryland Oil Corp., Vancouver, (Toronto Venture: RYD) plans to acquire a 10% working interest in 700 net acres in northern North Dakota from Eternal Energy Corp., Littleton, Colo., (OTCBB: EERG) for US$1 million. The agreement replaces one made in late 2009, in which Ryland would acquire all of Eternal's common shares. Ryland owns the remaining 90% interest in the North Dakota assets.
