Bought Production Testers International, which provides well services for the upstream Asia-Pacific region.

Reading, U.K.-based Expro Group has acquired Production Testers International from Hong Kong-based Production Testers International HK Ltd. and Production Testers International Ltd.

PTI provides well services including extended well tests and fast-track production systems to the upstream oil and gas industry in the Asia-Pacific region. The company primarily designs, installs, commissions and operates production facilities and production optimization systems for use in oilfield developments.

The acquisition complements Expro's product and service capability for well testing and commissioning, wireline intervention and other oilfield services.
