Formed a JV to provide fleet management and services for capital construction projects and ongoing operations in Fort McMurray.
Ameco, a unit of Fluor Corp., Irving, Texas, (NYSE: FLR) has formed a joint-venture with Mikisew Energy Services Group to provide fleet management and services for capital construction projects and ongoing operations in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
The partnership, Mikisew/Ameco Group, will focus on providing services in the Wood Buffalo region of northern Alberta and adjacent markets.
This joint venture will enhance services to clients and provide additional opportunities for the Mikisew Cree First Nation, one of the largest First Nations in Alberta.
