Savanna Energy Services Corp., Calgary, (Toronto: SVY) has closed its acquisition of privately held, Calgary-based Performance Services Ltd. for approximately C$35.3 million in stock.

Savanna issued 3.56 million shares to Performance.

Performance provides well-services through operating 16 mobile freestanding service rigs throughout Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.

Savanna now has 84 total service rigs throughout Canada, the U.S. and Australia.
