Acclaim Energy Inc.

Acclaim Energy Inc. has retained Tristone Capital Inc. to divest certain oil and gas properties in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. It is anticipated that the total offering will be approximately 1,100 barrels of oil equivalent per day, 3.6 million cubic feet of gas and 500 barrels of liquids per day, along with approximately 18,800 acres of net undeveloped land.
