Albaixenergies Inc. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to sell shares of the company.

Albaix is a privately held company with operations solely in the Meota area of southwestern Saskatchewan in Alberta, Canada. The company has no permanent employees, minimal office space and minimal overhead.

The company has drilled 14 wells on its 14.25 sections of 100% land at Meota, proving up significant heavy oil reservoirs in the Colony and Waseca formations. Operations offsetting the company’s land have confirmed the viability of developing these reservoirs with horizontal wells. IP’s of offsetting wells show that steady production rates of 90 barrels of oil per well are achievable.

In addition to the Colony and Waseca heavy oil potential, secondary heavy oil potential has been proven up in the McLaren and Sparky formations.
