Alpine Inc. has retained Meagher Oil & Gas Properties Inc. to sell operated properties in Oklahoma. The package includes mostly 100% working interests in Hughes, Lincoln, Logan, McIntosh, Oklahoma, Payne, Pottawatomie and Pushmataha counties. Estimated net production for September is 24 barrels of oil and 348,000 cubic feet of gas per day. Estimated net cash flow for the month is $175,000. Estimated remaining net reserves are 150,000 barrels of oil and 1.4 million cubic feet of gas. The data room is open. The bid due date is Sept. 23. The effective date is Sept. 1.
