Alturas Energy LLC has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell certain operated assets in Montana and North Dakota in a negotiated deal.

The package includes a 99% average working interest (79% net revenue interest) in 13 oil wells in MonDak Field producing from Madison and Mission Canyon formations in Richland County, Montana, and McKenzie County, North Dakota. Of the 13 wells, nine are producing and four are shut it, with six wells on federal leases in North Dakota and seven wells on private leases in Montana.

The assets include two saltwater disposal wells with pipelines to 10 wells providing third-party revenue.

Production is 130 barrels of oil per day and 1,000 barrels of water per day.

Upside includes additional zones behind pipe.
