Artemis Exploration Inc. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to sell assets in Alberta.
The package includes an average 84% working interest in 25,575 acres (21,557 net) of undeveloped land in Alberta and Saskatchewan primarily in the Provost, Huxley and Kidney areas. Nearly 70% of production and 90% of reserves value come from these areas. Artemis operates 96% of its production.
Production is 228 barrels of oil equivalent per day (81% oil and gas liquids) with operating income averaging C$230,000 per month.Proved and probable reserves as of March 31 were approximately 1.4 million barrels equivalent.
