Athanor BV has retained Waterous & Co. to seek a joint venture or merger to participate in the development of its Tunisian portfolio of properties. Athanor operates and owns high working interests in four onshore producing concessions, including a 45% interest at Sabria and 100% interests at Zinnia, Sanrhar and Chouech Es Saida. A fifth concession, Ech Chouech (100% working interest), is not currently producing. Athanor's current production profile, 75% oil, has low decline with a long reserve life.
