Atlantic Operating Inc.

Atlantic Operating Inc. has retained Simplex Energy Solutions to sell an operated property in Borden County, Texas.

The package includes 100% working interest (76.78% net revenue interest) in three leases in Jo-Mill (Spraberry) Field with four active producing wells and one abandoned well. Production is 39.4 barrels of oil and 25,000 cubic feet of gas per day. The assets offer some behind pipe potential and possible infill drilling potential being offset by a current Apache waterflood.
