AWE Ltd. sold 11.25% interest in the T/L1 and a 2.75% interest in T/18P in the Bass Basin to Toyota Tsusho Gas E&P Trefoil Ltd.
The value on the transaction was $80.12 million.
The acquisition will close June 2012.
