Axio Production Co. LP has retained EeTradeco LLC to sell oil and gas properties in Nan-Su-Gail Field, Freestone County, Texas. The assets consist of 11 producing wells, seven proved undeveloped locations and approximately 4,997 gross acres. Current production is some 350,000 cubic feet per day, gross, and 325,000 per day net. Proved reserves total 2.7 million cubic feet (1 million net proved producing and 1.7 million net proved undeveloped). Average monthly cash flow from October through December 2003 was $27,411.
