Banner Oil & Gas LLC has retained E-Spectrum Advisors LLC to assist with its sale of Oklahoma and North Texas conventional properties with net proved reserves of 8.3 MMBOE.
The company said the net present value of estimated future oil and gas revenues (PV-10) is $145.5 million.
