NEW, Bass Enterprises Production Co. has retained Richardson Barr & Co. to sell its Cox Bay and Pointe a la Hache fields, Plaquemines Parish, south Louisiana. Current net production on the properties is 3,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (45% gas). The proved reserves are 100% operated and the acquisition includes a 100% working interest in Cox Bay and a 65% working interest in Pointe a la Hache. Total net proved reserves are 25 billion cubic feet of gas equivalent, while total net probable reserves are 17 billion cubic feet of gas equivalent.
