Bitter End Royalties LP and Robro Royalty Partners Ltd. have retained Energy Spectrum Advisors Inc. to sell certain mineral, royalty, and overriding royalty interests in more than 10,000 wells in 405 counties across 18 states.

Each entity is being offered in a separate package, and both entities have an interest in several of the same properties. Both packages offer exposure to several conventional and unconventional resource plays across the U.S. Total July cash flow for both packages was $330,108, with approximately 60% of the monthly cash flow being generated by oil/liquids production.

The Bitter End package consists of more than 4,800 wells across 281 counties and nine states. July cash flow was $185,568.

The Robro Royalty package includes interests in more than 8,500 wells across 357 counties and 18 states. July cash flow was $144,540.
