Bridge Resourceshas retained Stellar Energy Advisorsto farm out up to 50% interest in the Steamboat prospect in the U.K. North Sea.

Located in Blocks 16/11b & 16/16b, Steamboat is one of the largest untested Jurassic prospects in the U.K. North Sea. The reservoir comprises high-quality, shallow marine Upper Jurassic sands, which were penetrated by well 16/16-5 immediately down-dip of the closure and AVO anomaly. Assuming a core area of closure of 3,100 acres (where the AVO response is strongest) yields potential most-likely reserves of 180 million barrels of of oil. In the upside case, the closure extends to 10,080 acres with potential for more than 500 million barrels of reserves.
