Brigham Oil & Gas LP

Brigham Oil & Gas LP has retained Tristone Capital Inc. to sell certain assets in the Texas Panhandle and Texas Gulf Coast. Total assets include 70 wells on approximately 12,440 gross acres (7,450 net). The Panhandle package includes the Buffalo Wallow, Hemphill, Allison Parks, Fillingim-Teas and Red Deer Creek fields primarily in the Granite Wash properties in Roberts and Hemphill counties. The Texas Gulf Coast package includes the Esperson Dome, Lake Bouldin, Danbury SW, Dinn Deep and Tenerias fields. Net production is 3.2 million cubic feet of gas and 66 barrels of oil per day.
