Bucking Horse Energy Inc. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to sell interest in a gas property in the Wainwright area of eastern Alberta.

Bucking Horse holds 68.75% working interest in one section of land that includes interest in one producing Colony gas well. Recent production is approximately 175- to 200,000 cubic feet of gas day, with recent net sales of approximately 120,000 cubic feet per day (20 barrels equivalent).

Proved and probable reserves as of year-end 2009 were approximately 400 million cubic feet of gas (68,000 barrels equivalent) according to AJM Petroleum Consultants. Estimated net present value is approximately $729,000 at a 10% discount using Dec. 31, 2009 forecast pricing.
