NEW, B&W Operating LLC, Oklahoma City, Okla., has retained Meagher Oil & Gas Properties Inc. to sell certain oil and gas assets in the Texas Panhandle and Oklahoma. The first package in the Buffalo Wallow of Hemphill County, Texas, includes 32 wells (19 operated) producing 2.5 million cubic feet per day and 33 barrels of oil. Proved reserves are approximately 28.8 billion cubic feet and 306 million barrels. The second package includes: assets located in eastern Oklahoma in the Wilburton, Red Oak-Norris, Bokoshe South, Reams Northwest and Kinta fields producing 1.2 million cubic feet per day from 65 wells (27 operated) with proved reserves of 25.5 billion; assets in western Oklahoma in the Elk City, Cheyenne West, Dempsey, Northeast Reydon, Leon and Carpenter Northeast fields producing 680 thousand cubic feet and 82 barrels from 38 wells (20 operated) and 7.8 billion cubic feet and 581 million barrels proved; assets in south-central Oklahoma in the Enville West, Tishimingo (Ravia South), Newcastle Northeast, Sylvian and Choudrant fields producing 946,000 cubic feet and 24 barrels per day from 49 wells (17 operated) with 11.86 billion cubic feet and 238 barrels per day proved; and assets in north-central Oklahoma in the Minco East, Tuttle Northeast and Union City fields producing 496,000 cubic feet and five barrels of oil per day from 49 wells (six operated) with proved 2.84 million cubic feet and 38 barrels per day.
