Cano Petroleum Inc. has retained Jefferies Randall & Dewey to sell its Rich Valley-area assets in Oklahoma and Kansas. The package includes 46 producing wells in Grant, Garfield and Noble counties, Oklahoma, and one producing well in Meade County, Kansas. Net production is 38 barrels of oil and 480,000 cubic feet of gas for a total 118 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Net proved developed producing reserves are 556,000 barrels equivalent.
