Caribou Resources Corp.

Caribou Resources Corp. has retained Scotia Waterous Inc. to sell certain assets in two packages in Alberta. The first package includes a 91% average working interest in 192,000 net acres in northern Alberta. Production is 810 barrels of oil equivalent per day. The second package includes a 62% average working interest in 19,316 net acres in central Alberta and a 100% working interest in 4,320 acres in the Peace River Arch.
