Caribou Resources Corp.

NEW, Caribou Resources Corp. has retained Scotia Waterous to review strategic alternatives. The company has an undeveloped land base with an 80% working interest in more than 250,000 net acres in two core areas of northern and central Alberta. Caribou operates more than 85% of its operations and has estimated production of more than 1,900 barrels of oil equivalent per day (65% gas). Proved-plus-probable reserves are 5.7 million barrels of oil equivalent. Caribou also intends to commence operations in the Redwater Ellerslie Sand in central Alberta.
