Caribou Resources Corp. has retained Scotia Waterous Inc. to seek and evaluate strategic alternatives. The assets include 76% average working interest in 371,629 net acres in northern Alberta that include the Astrobleme region, the Larne Field, the Bistcho Lake area and Lessard/Cameron Hills, and 86% average working interest in 24,877 net acres in central Alberta that include the Redwater, Westlock and Wizard Lake areas. Total production is 1,631 barrels of oil equivalent per day with proved reserves of 2.6 million barrels of oil equivalent (70% gas) and provedplus- probable reserves of 5.8 million barrels of oil equivalent (70% gas).
