NEW, Castlerock Resources Inc. and Tularosa Inc. have retained BlackGold Trading LLC to sell two packages of royalties and working interests in Beckham County, Oklahoma. The interests consist of 102.21 net mineral acres and separate leasehold interests with 23 wells producing and drilling with more than 17 locations. Production in the area is predominantly from the Springer and Morrow formations, however there are several proven productive zones uphole. The mineral rights include nine producing royalty interests generating approximately $8,500 per month. There are seven wells drilling and completing and three wells permitted and proposed. The working interests consist of varying interests in two wells on 7,990 gross acres. Included in this are the 1,430.14-acre Cat Creek Unit and the 1,440-acre Kirtley SE Unit.
