Caza Petroleum Inc.
Caza Petroleum Inc. has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell certain operated assets in West Texas via a negotiated transaction.
The package includes the 480-net-acre San Jacinto property in Midland County featuring two operated oil wells. The wells target the Spraberry, Strawn, Wolfcamp and Mississipian formations with potential Wolfberry opportunities.
March production is projected to be 153 gross barrels of oil equivalent per day. Net cash flow for March is projected to be approximately $223,000.
Upside includes seven proved undeveloped locations.
