CDX Canada Co.

NEW, CDX Canada Co., a subsidiary of CDX Gas LLC, has retained Kobayashi Partners Ltd. to sell the company. A representative of Kobayashi Partners says CDX is exiting the Canadian market. CDX has coalbed-methane assets in Alberta with 61,130 net acres in Horseshoe Canyon and Mannville, mostly with 100% working interest. Production on the Mannville site is 1 million cubic feet of gas per day. CDX will add low-risk coalbedmethane reserves in the Acme, Fenn West, Mikwan, Watelet, Wetwin and Honeysuckle areas of Horseshoe Canyon. For more information, contact Bevin Wirzba, 403-298-9736.
