NEW, CDX Canada Co., a subsidiary of CDX North America LLC that is a subsidiary of privately held CDX Gas LLC, Calgary, has retained Kobayashi Partners Ltd. to divest its shares. The company's assets include coalbedmethane on 43,289 net acres in the Horseshoe Canyon and 38,375 net acres in Mannville in Alberta. Production is 2 million cubic feet of gas per day (343 barrels of oil equivalent) and proved-plus-probable reserves are approximately 31 billion cubic feet.
