Celtic Exploration Ltd., Calgary, (Toronto: CLT) has engaged Tristone Capital Inc. to sell certain Alberta oil partnership unit and non-unit assets. The package includes a 13% oil and 8.2% gas working interest in the Virgina Hills Belloy/Shunda Unit No. 1; a 3.34% working interest in Leduc Woodbend D3 Unit; a 1% interest in Bellshill Lake Ellerslie Unit; and a 0.43% interest in Kakwa Cardium A Unit. Additional nonunit lands in the immediate area with producing wells and additional upside are available. Current total production is 260 barrels of oil equivalent per day (178 barrels of oil and gas liquids; 495,000 cubic feet of gas). Bids are due by March 18. Contact Tom MacInnis, 403-303-8650.
