Cepsa Egypt SA has retained Stellar Energy Advisors Ltd. to seek a farm-in partner for about half of its 100% interest in the South Alamein concession in the Western desert of Egypt. The prospect has new 3-D seismic covering the entire block highlighting Jurassic prospects identified with potential resources of 100- to 900 million barrels. Cretaceous prospects have potential resources of 10- to 40 million barrels. Two wells will be drilled in 2009 to 3,700- to 3,900 meters to test the Jurassic. The data room is open.
