Chalker Energy Partners III LLC
Chalker Energy Partners III LLC has retained PLS Inc. to sell certain properties in Texas.
The package includes Chalker’s producing properties in Caldwell and Bastrop counties in the Bateman and Dale Mcbride fields targeting the Dale Lime, Austin chalk and Buda formations. The shallow oil properties feature 63 producing wells, and Chalker has recently drilled five Dale Lime/Austin Chalk wells and one Edwards test well.
Production is 40 barrels of oil per day. Saltwater injection and saltwater disposal wells are in place in each field.
Upside includes recompletion potential in several of the wells and approximately 58 additional drilling locations. Reserves have been modeled at five-acre spacing. Also, there is significant value in well equipment with more than 75 refurbished pumping units and additional tubing and rods.
