Cimmaron Production Co. has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell nonoperated producing properties in Ellis County, Oklahoma, in a negotiated sale. The package includes an average 8.7% working interest (7.1% net revenue interest) in 17 nonoperated horizontal-producing wells and six nonoperated vertical-producing wells on 30,000 gross acres in the South Shattuck and Southwest Arnett prospects. Net production is 54 barrels of oil and 425,000 cubic feet of gas per day. The property includes more than 50 proven undeveloped locations. The data room is open.
